What is first thing to do when you see new machine?

Due to order quantity,the press buyer chose LCL to ship their machine,this is correct,after all,we should take shipping cost carefully.here,we usually receive some claims,they said that their parts of machine is losing when they receive,or they found the machine is damaged.it must be not this situation when the press brake left from factory,because each machine have  a strict testing before finishing.

 What thing result in this situation?

We only can guess it is transiting.because the workers are not yours and ours.they usually load the machine without any concern.maybe they hurt the parts when loading the press brake into container or out of container.So,we advise you to inspect the machine step by step before logistic people leave your company.if so,you can ask them to claim when you found something is hurt.

How to operate press brake if you has no experience?

If you never touch this bending machine before,you should find the manual and guide book from our accessories pack.then,read the instruction carefully.it would be better if you have some basic knowledge for machinery.as long as you spent some efforts,you must master to run the machine in a short time.you also do not need to worry if this is the first time to see this machine.in some degree,the shearing machine operation is easier than press brake.
