we think each boss would concern the safety of their press brake workers.once the dangerous thing happen,they will pay out lots of money,so,some bosses bought insurance for the operator.now,we would like to stress several points,after all,nobody hope to be hurt by the machine.

First of all,they should mount the press brake with deep bolts,otherwise,the machine maybe fall when they bending thick metal. the result is to hurt your people and damage your machine.

Second,operator should wear correct clothes.generally,the factory should buy uniform for workers.the clothes usually are drawn into the press brake,then,hurt the workers.as far as we know,the case is usually happening.

Third.For better press brake safety,the workers should maintain it before running and after closing.this is benefit for the machine life.

Finally,The boss should have  a rule to limit the workers ,so,they will not do wrong thing. you can make some marks to remind them.for example,you can make a warning board in the front of press brake.
