Our press brake is with foot pedal, this make operator to work through foot. so that, you can use your hand to do other things.for example, to adjust the angle of sheet metal.so, studying to use foot pedal is very necessary.we only want to remind three things related with pedal,then,you can use it with longer time and do not need to change into a new one.

First,examining the pedal each time before starting press brake.so,it can work with a good performance.because it is usually locked by something.this will take a serious result.your machine will lose control while you urgently want to stop.this maybe waste your metal.maybe hurt your body.

Second.confirm electric wire is not exposed on the ground.the wire may be hurt by workpiece into two parts.we generally use thick tube to protect them.if your press brake would not use within a short time.we advise you to take out the pedal from machine,this also can make other people out of operating machine without your order,we never place a key in the car.

Third.the pedal is made of by iron and very heavy.be careful not to hit your foot when moving it.we have designed a collar on the pedal,why not use it? it is not a good idea to drag the wire to move because it will break the connect between pedal and wire.this is small thing but need to cost a long time to repair,the result is that your press brake has to rest in this time.
