1,Stop press brake machine.

It is not only to close the machine,but also you need to confirm that press brake has been stopped due to inertia.the gear usually has a serious of actions even if the power is off.

2,Disconnect electric.

Electric is the direct  power of press brake,so,if you do not want press brake to run,the simplest way to cut off electric.but,some people do not do this for convenience.because cutting off power means that it needs a moment to re-start the machine.for this,we only want to say that safety is more important than production duty.

3,Extra helper.

If you prepare to make a big repair for press brake,you should find a helper to be beside of the machine,so,he can offer some tools to you or do some small favor when you are in a hurry.the helper also can check something and remind warning while you are trying to work some parts.so,you can confirm this part is running well.
