some operators suddenly found their oil cylinder of press brake can not pressurize.because the problem is inside of the cylinder and common people can not open the cylinder.so,they would be perplexed and carried in the trouble.now,we can not say accurately and only share some experience as below.

Step 1: Motor problem.

Checking if your motor can work well,maybe your motor is losing power, of course, the pressure of cylinder will lost.this is the easiest way to repair.you can find a repairing man in anywhere.

Step 2: Cylinder problem.

Checking if the cylinder is leaking. if your cylinder is leaking.the WC67Y press brake must have no enough power. the pressure has been leaked.

Step 3: Solenoid problem.

Checking if the light of solenoid is turning on.if closed.that means the solenoid lose the magnetism,it has a bad impact on the pressure transiting. of course, you also can take a metal to try.Separating oil cylinder according to manual and washing them one by one.remember how to separate, so, you can assembly them back well.
